03:06 one of the things that we see early on in the bible is that God wants to partner with people we see that when he creates adam and eve and then gives them dominion over the earth we even see it with angels the different forms of angels that there are and god rules with angels in the celestial realm as well making principalities and powers it's true also that in our time the time that we're living in the church age that God has partnered with us as well today on hot topics.
04:00 Hi this is Robert Furrow if you're new here consider liking subscribing sharing and ringing the bell so you can get all of our new content the comment section is open below we would love to hear from you i think we understand that god doesn't need us to do anything that anything that god wanted to do he could do without us at all but god allows us to be a part of what he's doing and the bible clearly teaches us that he partners together with us and i want to look at seven ways in which the bible tells us that god partners with us number one we are empowered to be witnesses for him in acts 1 8 it says that they were supposed to wait in jerusalem until the holy spirit came upon them listen to what it says and you shall receive power when the holy spirit comes upon you and you shall be my witnesses in jerusalem judea samaria and the uttermost parts of the earth i love even the prophetic aspect to that passage not only did jesus know that they would be witnesses in jerusalem but to the uttermost parts of the earth i also love there that it says the holy spirit will come upon us that upon experience which empowers us to be able to do the work that god's called us to do we have skills that we worked on throughout our lifetime we have talents and we have gifts given to us by god and one of those gifts is empowering us to be witnesses as we step out and say lord i want to shine for you i want to live as a witness god gives us that power jesus
